Renewable energies are on the rise!
Olaf Scholz (Federal President of Germany) is reading out the government statement at this moment. Relevant for all of us is the energy from renewables. Currently, Scholz puts the energy consumption in Germany at 560TWh. In 2030, the demand is expected to be 680-750TWh. Accordingly, 120TWh will have to be covered by renewables. Around 80% of the required energy, is to be covered by renewable energies by 2030. So, the expansion must be more than doubled by 2030.

Already in 2022, 2% of the area of Germany for wind power. In the offshore sector, the focus is on cooperation with partners.
PV systems on industrial roofs in new buildings are to become the rule and are now mandatory.
EEG compensation is to be phased out with the phase-out of coal energy.
